BOARD OF REVIEW NEXT

On Monday we'll have our Summer Board of Review for those ready for rank advancement.
Then on Aug. 18 we'll have our next Court of Honor. Additionally, we'll share the slideshow from summer camp at Camp Birch, so invite all your friends and family to see the fun we have.
Other items of note:
• A canoeing trip is being considered for August, but no date at this time. Currently Scoutmaster Jim has several previous commitments that date back more than a year and additional adults are needed to get the boys on the water.
• Popcorn is around the corner and info will be coming soon.
• Workers, both Scouts and parents, are needed for Rally at the Peak, in order to help the troop's efforts. See Ms. Deb for details.
• Info on the Fall Camporee is out and the cost is $10 per Scout. There is a waiver form needed to be signed, so Scouts bring your parents and funds this coming week so we can get both into our files. The Aviation themed merit badge camporee will include plane rides for as many Scouts as possible. The flight order will be determined via time-stamps on when Council receives payment and registration forms. This is a great opportunity for a fun learning experience.
• The Troop is signed up to help at the Oct. 2-4 Cub Family Bash. This will be a free weekend of camping with only cost for Scouts being food. Also, at least 2 adults are needed for the weekend.
